Summary of report

This report summarizes the activities carried out by Apex Communications Ltd for The Health Sector Services Fund from January to March 2011. It also highlights the planned activities for the Month of April 2011 / May 2011 with clear time frames for each planned activity. The report will also give a summary of the media coverage generated to date and the radio schedule for the month of April.

Objectives of the Assignment

To develop a communication strategy and multimedia campaign to increase awareness and knowledge at the community level on the HSSF, its objectives and initiatives.

This will be reached through the implementation of 5 tasks:

1. Situation Assessment and Stakeholder/audience analysis
2. Development of the Communication Strategy
3. Development and Production of Communication Tools and Materials
