The Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation invites bids from eligible candidates for the supply and delivery of the following items;
Interested eligible bidders may view and obtain tender documents from Supply Chain Management Office on ground floor of Department of Family Health on Old Mbagathi Road, Nairobi during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings three thousand (Kshs.3,000/=). Payment should be made in cash or bankers cheque, payable to The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation at the cash office located on 2nd floor Room 218 at Afya House, Cathedral road, Nairobi. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all Government taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of tender opening. Bidders must attach a Bid Security of 2% of the total bid price and in the form and amount specified in the tender document. Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description and should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of Department of Family Health, Old Mbagathi rd, or mailed to:- The Permanent Secretary The Tender documents should be received on or before 23rd October 2012 at 10.30AM. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Department of Family Health conference room.
